Aaaaah, spring, finally!

Photography and Motivation

Last week we had a "school trip" to South Tyrol in Italy, where we were supposed to take photos for an exhibition about the "Kalterer Weinstraße" (it's about wine ;) ). We were only allowed to shoot in analog (b/w film), but most of us shot in digital, too. The really good thing about this trip was that i'm finally gaining a little confidence in my photographic eye, and also more motivation to just go out and take pictures. All i need now is a decent camera (lumix gh1, i can't wait to call you mine!)

I'm a first year graphics design and photography student with special interest in web and logo design. I've been fascinated by the possibilities of digital design for a long time, but it took me until last summer to finally try and make a career out of it. So i applied to university and got in on the first try (i guess if i had been rejected, that would have been the end of it).

I'm currently looking for a part time job at an advertising agency to improve my skills, but right now i'm working at a local newspaper.
